Eligibility Requirements:

The candidates should possess the minimum educational qualification as specified for post mentioned i.e. the applicant should have worked as an Advocate for a period of not less than 7 years as on 5^th February 2015.

Age Requirements:

The age of all candidates should be at least 35 years and not exceeding 50 years as on the date of closing applications i.e. 5^th February 2015.

Manner of Selection:

The applicants will be required to qualify the written screening test and viva voce test scheduled to be held for this purpose on dates mentioned. The marks obtained in the screening test shall provide eligibility to the candidates for participating in the final written test. The selected candidates will be subject to direct recruitment in respect of both permanent and temporary posts of Bihar Superior Judicial Service.
