Norms of Eligibility:

The candidates should possess a degree in concerned branches of engineering passed in first class with 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST) or its equivalent for getting selected in the post of Assistant Manager (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Information Technology). The candidates should possess an Engineering Diploma of three or four years duration in concerned branches passed with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) or equivalent for getting selected in the post of Junior Manager respectively.

Age Bar:

The maximum age should be not less than 21 years and not more than 38 years as on 1^st December 2014 for all those applicants who reside in state. For remaining candidates, the maximum age should be 30 years where 5 years relaxation shall be granted to all SC/ST categories applying under recruitment mentioned.

Criteria of Selection:

The applicants will be selected on the basis of written exam scheduled to be conducted for this purpose having two papers each; one on respective subjects of degree/ diploma level and the other on General English and General Knowledge respectively of 3 hours duration respectively.
