Name of the Post: Junior Engineer

1. VS (JE) Electrical: 40 Posts

2. VS (JE) Mechanical: 50 Posts

3. VS (JE) C & I: 05 Posts

4. VS (JE) Metallurgy: 02 Posts

5. VS (JE) Environment: 03 Posts


Age Limit: Candidates age should be 30 years as on 01-04-2015. Age relaxations are applicable as per the rules.


Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess BE/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering for S.No 1, BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering for S.No 2, BE/ B.Tech in C & I Engineering for S.No 3, BE/ B.Tech in Metallurgy Engineering for S.No 4, BE/ B.Tech in Environment Engineering for S.No 5 with valid GATE score.


Selection Process: Short listed candidates will be called for written test on the percentage of academic performance/ experience/ age.


Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay Rs. 500/- for Unreserved, Rs. 250/- for SC and ST in the form of Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd payable at Vadodara.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website ww.gsecl.in from 15-03-2015 to 30-03-2015 & send a hard copy of duly signed application along with attested copies of degree mark sheet of last year, caste certificate, school leaving certificate, document related GATE exam registration number & score etc., DD, two passport size photographs in an envelope should be superscribed as “Vidyut Sahayak Jr.Engineer-Electrical/ Mechanical/ C&I/ Metallurgy & Environment” to I/c Chief General Manager (HR&A) , Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd, Corporate Office, Race Course, Vadodara-390007 on or before 15-03-2015.


Instructions to Apply Online:

1. Before applying Online candidates should have their scanned copy of passport size photograph in the format jpg, jpeg format, valid email address.

2. Log on to the website “ww.gsecl.in”.

3. Click on “Careers”.

4. Select the desired application.

5. Click on “New Registration”.

6. Fill all the mandatory fields of the application.

7. Click on “Submit”.

8. Take 2 print out copies of the application one copy send to the above address & another retain it for future use.

Starting Date for Submission of Online Applications: 15-03-2015.

Last Date for Submission of Online Applications: 30-03-2015.

Last Date for Receipt of Hard Copy of Applications: 15-04-2015.
