Age Limit: Candidates maximum age limit is 30 years for other than CG State domicile and 35 years for CG State domicile as on 31-03-2015. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.


Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS Degree from recognized University and valid registration with Medical Council of India.


Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written test and interview.


Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 1000/- for other than Chhattisgarh State (General, OBC & SC/ ST) and Rs. 700/- for SC/ ST category candidates of Chhattisgarh State through demand draft/ Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of Assistant Manager (CAU), CSPHCL, Raipur payable at Raipur (Chhattisgarh).


How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format and in an envelope should be suprescribed as the “Application for the Post of Medical Officer” through registered post/ speed post to the Dy. General Manager (HR)-II, CSPHCL, Dangania, Raipur, pin-492013 on or before 06-04-2015.
