The Andhra Pragathi Grameena (APG) Bank has recently released a notification at its official website for selection and appointment of qualified and eligible candidates in the post of Officers Scale I/II/III and Office Assistant (Multi Purpose) respectively. The candidates eligible and interested to apply for the mentioned posts should submit their applications online at the website of bank before 8th January 2015. The selections shall be done in the recruitment concerned through the IBPS CWE-III Scores and PI (Personal Interview) conducted by the bank on dates as mentioned.

Income/ Pay Scale:
For Officer Scale II: RS 19400- Rs 28100 + Emoluments: Rs 41768 p.m.
For Officer Scale I: Rs 14500- Rs 25700 + Emoluments: Rs 31363 p.m.
For Office Assistants: Rs 7200- Rs 19300 + Emoluments: Rs 15573 p.m.

Eligibility Requirements:
The applicants in order to get selected in the posts mentioned must possess the eligibility as specified under advertisement published in Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar dated 28th June 2014 to 4th July 2014 as well as official website of IBPS i.e. ibps.in. In addition to this, the applicants should be proficient in Telegu Language or the local language of state as spoken.

Age Bar:
The relaxations in ages should be provided according to the rules specified by bank concerned for this purpose.
Manner of Selection:
The candidates who have scores in RRBs CWE-II held in September/ October above and equal to the minimum cut off as prescribed for both the posts mentioned shall be called to attend the interviews for final selections.
Cut Off Marks:
-70 & above for all SC/ST/SC-PWD/ST-PWD/SC-EXS/ST-EXS Categories
-80 & above for all OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ GEN-PWD/ OBC-EXS/ GEN-EXS Categories
Applying Procedure:
Online applications have to be submitted at the website of bank i.e. apgb.in before the closing dates mentioned. The candidates will be required to make a payment of Rs 150 (Rs 40 for SC/ST/PWD Candidates) towards application fee through any of the CBS Branches of Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank or system generated challan available at the bank’s website / NEFT through payments from other bank branches.
