1. Joint Registrar (Material Production & Distribution Division): 01 Post

2. Joint Registrar (Finance & Accounts Division): 01 Post


Age Limit: Candidates maximum age should be 55 years as on 05-09-2014Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt of India rules.


Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Master Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven point scale.


Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on interview.


Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.200/- for General & OBC, Rs.100/- for SC/ ST candidates through Demand Draft/ Pay Order drawn in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format along with duly self attested copies of testimonials in support of their claim relating to qualifications, experience, caste, age, by superscribing the envelope as “Application for the post of ____” in bold letters and send to the Assistant Registrar (Recruitment), Administration Division, Block – 7, Room No.13, Indira Gandhi National Open University, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi- 110068 on or before 05-09-2014.
