1. Personal Assistant: 01 Post
2. Senior Scale Stenographer: 01 Post
3. Steno Typist: 02 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18 – 42 years, 18 – 47 years for women candidates. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation with minimum 55% marks, 3 years experience in relevant field for Sr.No:1 Post, Graduation from a recognized university, Degree/ Diploma in computer application, 5 years experience in relevant field for Sr.No:2 Post, Degree of Bachelor of Arts, Science, commerce or equivalent thereto from a recognized university, Degree/ Diploma in computer Application for Sr.No:3 Post.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for shorthand test/ typing test, computer proficiency test/ interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.100/- for male candidates, Rs.50/- for female candidates through bank draft drawn in favour of “State Legal Aid Fund, Haryana State Legal Services Authority” payable at Chandigarh.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of age proof, qualification certificates/ mark sheets, experience certificate, caste certificate, 2 self addressed properly stamped envelopes etc & other relevant documents on or before 29-09-2014 by 5:00 PM.

Name of the Post: Steno Typist
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree of Bachelor of Arts, Science, commerce or equivalent thereto from a recognized university, Speed of 80 w.p.m. in English Shorthand and Transcription thereof at the speed of 15 per minute of the same, Degree / Diploma in computer application for a Period of 3 months.
Selection Process: Candidates may be selected based on their performance in Test/ Interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications on plain paper with recent photograph of candidate affixed thereon containing full particulars i.e., Name, Father’s/ Husband’s Name, Sex, Educational Qualification, category, permanent address, present postal address, experience, if any, along with self attested copies of the relevant certificates besides two self addressed properly stamped envelopes should reach the Office of the Haryana State Legal Services Authority, 2nd Floor, New Block of Old District Courts Complex, Near Parade Ground, Sector-17, Chandigarh either by registered post or by hand well on or before 15-09-2014 upto 05.00 PM.
