Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be above 18 yrs & below 32 yrs as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation of 5 yrs is applicable for SC/ ST/ SEBC/ Women, 10 yrs for PH candidates.


Educational Qualification: Candidates should passed Diploma in Pharmacy with Orissa Pharmacy board Regd. certificate.


Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on their merit in D. Pharma examination followed by interview.


How to Apply: Candidates may attend for interview & produce one Bio-Data from dully filled (attached format), Original documents, Xerox copy of all academic qualification certificates, HSC or equivalent certificate, DOB, valid Employment Exchange card, 2 photographs etc., for Verification on 01-07-2014 from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM at CDMO Malkanagiri. Candidates must registered his/ her names in the Malkangiri Employment Exchange in case of local/ non local persons.
