Name of the Post: Refinery Operator (Chemical)


Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 30 years as on 31-08-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.


Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess first class Diploma (55% for SC candidates) in Chemical/ Petroleum/ Petro-Chemical Engg / Technology or first class Degree (55% for SC

candidates) in B.Sc. with Chemistry as a major subject.


Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written test and interview.


Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the a crossed Demand Draft for Rs.200/- (Rupees Two hundred only) as application fee (non-refundable) in favour of “Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited”, payable at Chennai. Cheque / MO / Postal Order or any other mode of payment is not acceptable. SC / ST candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.


How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.cpcl.co.in from 29-07-2013 to 16-08-2013. After submission of online application, take the print out of registration slip and paste a recent passport size photograph and attach the DD as well as attested copy of caste certificate in an envelope superscribed as “Application for the position of Workman”, by Ordinary Post Only to “The Advertiser (CPCL), Post Box No. 9248, Krishna Nagar Head Post Office, New Delhi–110051”, so as to reach on or before 20-08-2013.

1.Login to www.cpcl.co.in

2.Click on “People & Careers” and then “Recruitment of Workmen – 2013”.

3. Read the instructions carefully before filling the online application.

4. Click “Register online” and fill up the online application form.

5.After entering all the required details, click on “Submit” and take a printout of the Registration Slip.

6. After submission of online application send the print out of the application with required documents as mentioned above.
