Name of the Posts:

1. Staff Nurse: 20 Posts

2. Laboratory Technician: 11 Posts

3. Radiographer: 01 Post

4. MPHW (F): 18 Posts


Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 21-32 years as on 01-06-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.


Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Diploma in GNM/ B.Sc Nursing, DMLT, Course in MPHW, registered with Odisha Nursing Council.


Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on merit basis as per marks obtained in the examination of required qualification.


How to Apply: Interested candidates can send applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of relevant certificates, attested passport size color photograph affixed, one self addressed envelope with postage stamp of Rs.25/- (affixed) enclosed in an envelope super scribed with the name of the post applied so as to reach Chief District Medical Officer, Nuapada on or before 15-07-2013.
