Name of the Posts:

1. Staff Nurse: 36 Posts

2. MPHW (F): 14 Posts

3. MPHW (M): 17 Posts

4. Radiographer: 02 Posts

5. Laboratory Technician: 08 Posts

6. Pharmacist: 01 Post


Age Limit: Candidates age limit will be as per Government of Odisha Rules.


Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Diploma in GNM/ B.Sc Nursing, DMRT, DMLT, Diploma in Pharmacy, Course in MPHW, registered with Odisha Nursing Council/ Odisha Pharmacy Council.


Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on merit basis as per marks obtained in the examination of required qualification.


How to Apply: Interested candidates can send applications in the prescribed format along with self attested Xerox copies of relevant certificates, one passport size color photograph, enclosed in an envelope super scribed with the name of the post applied so as to reach Chief District Medical Officer, Boudh on or before 09-07-2013 by 5.00 PM.
